Tesla lists 97.5% solar-to-grid efficiency for the Powerwall 3 and a 10-year warranty.
Where they differ on paper
On single-unit capacity the RESU16H Prime lists 16 kWh versus the Powerwall 3's 13.5 kWh. On continuous power the Powerwall 3 lists up to 11.5 kW versus the RESU's 7 kW, though the RESU lists an 11 kW peak.
Efficiency figures are stated on different bases. LG lists 90% roundtrip, while Tesla lists 97.5% solar-to-grid; these are not a like-for-like measurement. The Powerwall 3 also integrates a solar inverter with direct solar inputs, while the RESU is a compact DC-coupled battery.
Warranty is 10 years for both. Which fits depends on target capacity, whether a solar inverter is needed, and installer support.
